Service & Repairs
Our watches are powered by a Swiss solar movement that doesn’t need regular servicing. Under normal conditions, the movement will run for 10+ years without attention.
If you swim, dive, or fall into rivers often, we recommend having a qualified watchmaker test the seals and water resistance every two years. It’s a quick check that helps keep your watch properly sealed and performing as it should.
All watches are covered by a 3-year warranty. It covers movement issues arising from normal use, or any defects with manufacturing.
Full details are available in our warranty policy at the bottom of our Terms of Service
Contact us at support@onticwatches.com if you have a query or problem.
Yes. The movement and seals use standard Swiss components, so any competent watchmaker can handle routine servicing or replacements almost anywhere in the world.
Then it comes home. All complex repairs are done in Britain by the same team who built your watch, sometimes while muttering about your choice of activities.
