The case is TiX titanium (hardened to 1200 HV) making it light on the wrist, but seriously tough where it counts. The black finish keeps reflections down and drama to a minimum.
Inside is a Swiss solar movement. It runs on light, keeps time to within seconds a month, and doesn’t need winding or battery changes. It just gets on with it.
The dial is high contrast and properly legible. No clutter. No decoration. Everything on it earns its place.
Water resistance is 300 metres. Screw-down crown. Properly tested. No caveats.
The multi-function bezel looks simple but works hard. Time hours or minutes. Track a second time zone. Use it to navigate by the sun if you have to. Capable, without shouting about it.

FIELD GREEN: The Field Green dial is a dark fume finish that keeps things understated. Indoors it sits close to black, calm and low key. In sunlight the green edges forward, not a bright pop, just a quiet shift in tone when the light allows it.

At the heart of the UTILITY 40 is the Swiss-made Ronda Solartech 215. It’s a solar-powered quartz movement built for accuracy and longevity.
Solar quartz is the logical choice for a proper tool watch. It keeps time to within seconds a month, shrugs off shocks, and never needs winding. When you’re relying on your kit, precision and simplicity matter more than ritual.

TECHNOLOGY
TiX TITANIUM
The case of the UTILITY 40 is made from TiX. That’s the name we give to our specification of hardened titanium.
Starting with Grade 2 titanium, we add a diamond-like carbon surface that forms a dense outer layer roughly four times harder than steel, giving the case outstanding scratch resistance without adding weight. It’s not paint, it’s not plating, and it won’t wear off.
The result is a hypoallergenic and corrosion-proof material that’s 4x harder than steel yet 40% lighter.
That’s what makes the UTILITY 40 lighter than it looks, tougher than it needs to be, and calmly unimpressed by whatever you do to it.
